Paula S. Forster - Democratic Candidate, House of Representatives, Legislative District #4

     ELECT PAULA S. FORSTER TO THE ARIZONA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

If there is one-thing Surprise residents know for certain about AZ House of Representative, L.D. #4 candidate Paula Forster is that she just doesn’t accept “No” for an answer. She knew her facts before she asked a question of former City Council members. If she didn’t get an answer the first time she asked; be assured she’d be there a second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or even seventh meeting still demanding an answer. And she would persist in demanding an answer until she got one. She refused to be ignored, as were so many other residents.

That’s the tenacity we need in Arizona’s present, Republican dominated House of horrors.

A lot of what she wanted for the betterment of Surprise, she wants for the betterment of the state:
    > Vocational and technical education is essential for those students who are not college bound. Instead of dropping out those - and all - students need improved curriculum.
    > Not only does healthcare need to be affordable, Paula Forster believes that ludicrous “donut hole” that only an inept politician could conceive and that forces families to pay full price for drugs, must be eliminated.
    > She will promote solutions to our polluted air, work to maintain our desert landscape by controlling growth and basing densities on net acreage, not gross acreage, and
    > She’ll push for public transportation in the west valley, to get circular systems for cities and downs and to create a commuter rail system.

Paula Forster is a visible name and person - and certainly was when she ran unsuccessfully for Surprise City Council. I should know - I ran against her. Neither of us won. I did not run against Paula because I disagreed with her - on the contrary, we both thought alike and just both wanted the same council position.

I wholeheartedly support Paula Forster. I intend to work for her election and, if I have to, I will go door-to-door in my handicapped scooter on her behalf. She is what we need, a Democrat, a person of honesty and integrity and the type of individual this district deserves.

This, folks, is what a REAL leader should be like.
